A wood chipper was hitched to the back of a semi truck. An employee walked from the truck's passenger side to the back of the chipper to retrieve brush debris. A 60-foot tall tree was felled nearby (on the driver's side of the truck), and the wind caught it and caused it to twist while falling. It struck the employee on the back and head, breaking six of the employee's ribs on the right side.
