Cutting plastic sheet as it ran out of pull rolls and stacking the cut sheets into a pile.
What happened
Employee came out from cutting sheet to stack another sheet on the pile. The sheet was all over the floor not neatly stacked and slipped on some of the plastic sheets on the floor. As the employee fell from slipping he twisted he knee causing pain in his knee.
