Worker was tasked to replace the igniter and the bulb of the upper landing light located on the right wing Worker was climbing dow the SL steps
What happened
The worker went up 3 steps of the scissor lift but needed to go use the bathroom and started to go down the steps of the SL. He stated he was in hurry I did not step well on the way down which caused his feet to slip. As he was falling he hit his face against the scissor steps His head started to bleed and worker felt dizzy.
