Before the incident
The worker and 2 coworkers had just off loaded an aircraft part from the bed of the truck.
What happened
The lift gate was not lowered after offloading the aircraft part. Worker was on the edge of the lift gate of the truck and went to jump off. Her right foot didn’t clear and the worker fell fwd. The walker fell to the cement floor landing on both hands to brace her fall preventing her head from hitting the cement floor.
