Operating forklift with an empty trash hopper

Employee was in the process of returning from dumping a scrap bin of trash from the PNP line using the forklift & metal bin hopper. While traveling through the [REDACTED] area to re enter the plant the employee drove the forklift off center line to the left and rode up a curb with the left front wheel causing the forklift to roll over on its ' right side pinning the employee 's lower right leg under the forklift.
