What happened
An employee was training to move 6 ' rolls at the warehouse when one shifted and fell towards the ee they attempted to move out of the way but were struck in the back by the roll causing pain in the back neck and shoulder area. EE was taken to the local urgent care and was evaluated and initially released back to full duty with recommendations for self care and was given OTC medication. Employee later went back to the doctor and was placed on restrictions after their follow up appointment.
