CVL 's Scrubber unit was undergoing a PM specifically targeting the cleaning of debris accumulation from inside the unit

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] employee was conducting a PM on our Scrubber unit when the injury occurred. While he was lifting and moving the last one out of place with another Maintenance employee he started losing grip with his right hand. As he was going to rearrange his grip the baffle hit his right forearm resulting in a laceration requiring 7 stitches.
