What happened
An employee in the donut department came to me [REDACTED] notifying me that the left wrist has been hurting that it started on [REDACTED] and it got worse after packing individual donuts the [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]). They stated that it radiated down their fingers on the left side and goes up into their arm. They also stated swelling in this arm and wrist as well. Supervisor had no notice of this situation prior to [REDACTED] on [REDACTED].
