What happened
Two employees were moving the KRD [REDACTED] away from the mixer to clean it. One employee slipped on the wet floor and hit his chin on the side of the degasser. It appears that the employee was wearing slip-resistant shoes however there was water and dough build up on the floor underneath where the [REDACTED] was during run.
