Pulling electrical wire through an enclosure wall
What happened
Employee was working from a 4 ' ladder inside of an enclosure pulling electrical wire through the wall when he grabbed the wrong wire to pull and lost his balance falling off of the bottom rung of the ladder landing on his lower back on top of a fan plug. Work partners was called and suggested to ice the area every 15 to 20 minutes and take Tylenol as needed. The employee elected to go to Concentra to get checked out.
