Before the incident
[REDACTED] was working on a household delivery at [REDACTED] Force [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was taking some items out of the half crate and on the top of the crate was a military duffle bag. The bag was placed in the crate with its handles facing down making it difficult for [REDACTED] to have a good grip on it to remove it from out of the crate. He tried to loosen the bag out of the crate and his hands were sweaty making him use a lot of force to take it out.
What happened
As he pulled the bag up his hands slipped from the bag hitting his mouth with force with his back right hand causing a cut to his hand and his right front tooth became loose. He also heard a cracking sound. [REDACTED] didn’t think much of it and continued on with his day. He did however call the dentist to schedule an appointment to check on the loose tooth.
