While removing pallet racking

We were removing the rack in receiving and because of how close to the wall the Green end support was we had to unbolt it from the floor and slide it away from the wall a bit. I saw [REDACTED] struggling to get the orange cross brace off and questionably when to help him and that 's when the green support fell toward us landing on [REDACTED] 's head.
