What happened
Rural Carrier was delivering [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. He did not follow line of travel and delivered the curbside part of the route [REDACTED]. Then when he went to [REDACTED] to begin delivery he states that he had a sharp pain in his trapezius muscle. He states the pain progressed until he could not raise his arm above his shoulder. He did mention the pain to acting supervisor the night before and he was not sure it happened at work or not. He also spoke to Supervisor and said he believed it happened on route but was not sure. He did complete the route on the [REDACTED] with some help.
