What happened
Rural Carrier texted me stating that his knee gave out and he fell again and hit his ribs on the cement piece that stops car in parking lot. I told him to report to Supervisor on Duty. He did but accident has not been reported so I am entering it. His written statement says that he was delivering at [REDACTED] and as he was walking back to [REDACTED] his knee hurt in previous accident gave out and he fell face first on the pavement. He said he put his hands out but shoulders took the impact and his ribs hit the concrete parking stop. He did wish to see doctor and has seen doctor.
