What happened
On [REDACTED] carrier was delivering on her route([REDACTED]) at [REDACTED] she stepped out of truck to deliver a package. The driveway was blocked with cars so she had to walk through the grass to the customers door. On the way there she stepped on a uneven surface in the thick grass and the package shifted as she rolled her ankle and tweaked her back. She felt some pain and tightness in her lower back. She continued to deliver in hopes that the pain would go away. She went home that day and put ice and heat on it. She didn 't report this incident until [REDACTED].
