What happened
While getting packages on [REDACTED] ready to load into her gurney a box on the floor addressed to [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was heavy. She tried to pick it up but couldn 't. Carrier on [REDACTED] came and helped her put the package in the gurney. When she went to take it to the truck to try and put the package in the truck she pulled a muscle in her left arm and shoulder that’s causing sharp pains and hard to breathe.
