What happened
On [REDACTED] Employee was breaking down a large Amazon box of parcels. There were about 3 parcels left in the box which she couldn 't reach. She entered the box to get packages out and then as she went to get out of the box with packages in her arms she lifted right leg to step out of the box and her foot hit the lower part of the raised portion of the box and she lost her balance and fell on both knees. Her right knee hit the floor first and then the left followed. [REDACTED] witnessed it and ran to her side. She was in a lot of pain and couldn 't get up right away so she sat on the floor.
