What happened
Upon reinstallation of #1 outboard thrust reverser while trying to push one of the primary retention bolts into place. We were wiggling the T R and my hand slipped off the bolt and went under the pylon. I brought it out and noticed skin missing from my middle finger and immediately went to clean wrap it. Then I noticed how deep it was and was recommended that I seek help to make sure it was ok.
