Before the incident
Associate was in the process of picking (pulling an order) a griddle for an order from bin [REDACTED] onto her pallet she had requested help from a team lead with lifting it.
What happened
As the associate and the team lead were lifting the griddle up and to the pallet the griddle got stuck on some wood from the pallet which caused both associates to have to drop the griddle. Associate exhibit signs and sounds of pain lead asked if the associate was ok to which the associate said she was fine. [REDACTED] a manager approached the associate after seeing that she was in discomfort. Medcore was called and self-treatment was recommended.
