What happened
Once the associate cut the sides of the box she folded the sides over and used her right elbow to hold everything in place. She proceeded to hold a loose piece of cardboard with her left hand while using her right hand to cut it. Associate was cutting towards her body hand which resulted in her cutting through the palm of her left hand.
