Associate went over to the broken pallet storage trailer to begin loading in broken pallets

While the associate was loading broken pallets into the trailer he noticed some of the pallets already inside the trailer had shifted. The associate downstacked some of the pallets by hand in order to straighten out the stack. Due to the associate not wearing any cut resistant gloves his palm was cut open by a nail sticking out of one of the pallets he was moving. Once the associate noticed his hand was cut he proceeded to seek first aid before being referred to Concentra for off-site treatment.
