Before the incident
Associate was unloading product from the container and stacking it onto a pallet inside the container.
What happened
As the associate picked up a box from the row in front of him which was approximately knee high he began turning away from the stack to place the box on top of an almost full pallet. At that moment several boxes located a few rows behind the one he was handling became unstable and fell forward striking the associate on top of his head.
