Associate was trying to position a product onto the scale to get the weight of the item. She initially did not seek help for a team lift but was helped by another associate right before putting the product on the scale.

Once the associate got help with a team lift she was placing a product onto a scale to get the weight of the item. As she was placing the item back on the pallet she did not use the proper lifting techniques and bent down to place the item on the pallet versus squatting down and keeping her back straight. She felt pain pressure in her lower back while completing the lift; notified manager the next day.
