What happened
The employee was helping inventory control on [REDACTED] 3rd move items into new inventory locations. He was moving numerous 240 torque hubs which he reports weigh at least 80lbs. He picked these torque hubs up by himself placed them on a shelf and slid them in. He believes this is when he got the hernia. He didn 't feel a pull or any pain at the time of moving the torque hubs but believes it must have been when it happened. Employee did not follow lifting training and policies.
