Injured associate was changing a tool 7 75 mm for makron 1 holding the collet in his left hand and the new tool in his right hand along with the allen wrench he was using to loosen the collet Prior to placing the new tool in the collet he dropped the new tool He attempted to catch trap the tool and during this action drove the tool into his left palm side of his wrist The tool pieced his skin and embedded into his wrist The tool broke into several pieces inside the skin
