What happened
Teammate inserted parallel bar into the [REDACTED] [REDACTED] keyway to manually move for measuring. Teammate stated that they forgot to raise and move the spindle motor out of the way prior to entering the envelope. When teammate pushed the parallel bar (A percision measuring tool) his finger got stuck between the bar and the spindle motor housing.
