What happened
An Assembler was working on 16Q removing parts from the PTO trimming the heads and tails off the gamma feeders. She was also crimping the lids so they could be attached to the part that had just come out the the Machine. She placed the lid upside down on the crimper the ring came off she began hold the ring in the lid and placed her finger in the line of fire she depressed the foot petal and the crimper activated smashing her right index finger resulting in a fracture and laceration
