What happened
Employee was installing bushings on to a pin in the Arm Bushing station and struck their finger with a hammer.The bushings were not sliding on to the pin so the employee was using a makeshift punch hammer combo.As the employee swung the hammer he missed the punch striking his left pointer finger.At the time of the incident the employee 's finger was bruising and sore.
