Employee was standing at [REDACTED] Tack 88 speaking with the operator about PPE and after finishing the conversation the employee turned to leave the station but unknown to the employee another operator from the previous station ([REDACTED] Tack) had pushed a cart with a [REDACTED] weldment setting on it directly behind him.As a result when the employee turned to leave the station he ran into the weldment on the cart and his left forearm brushed against a sharp edge on the [REDACTED] weldment resulting in a laceration to the employee 's forearm.
