What happened
An employee was working in the fab shop assisting a client forklift operator in moving a stainless screen unbeknownst to the forklift operator that one of the forks was caught underneath the tabletop Upon the operator moving in a reverse position from the table one of its forks became free and sprung upward causing the screen to fall towards the employee which made contact to his right shin area
