The employee attempted to toss a cheater over a structural steel beam it failed to clear the top of the beam. The cheater struck the beam and rebounded back toward the employee. The momentum of the ricochet caused the cheater HOOK section to strike the employee in the mouth resulting in a chipped front tooth.
