There is a chain link fence on both sides of the path to separate it from vehicle traffic. As the employee was walking down the limestone path she stepped into a hole that was not visible due to the path being dimly lit. This caused the employee to lose her balance. She was able to grab the chain link fence to prevent from falling to the ground but she twisted her left ankle and foot in the process.
