The employee experienced pain in the right ankle and the incident was immediately reported. Due to the vacation schedule of the plant nurse the employee was transported to an offsite medical provider for evaluation.There is minor swelling and pain to the right ankle area. As a precaution and additional diagnostics the employee is being referred for further evaluation by an Orthopedic Specialist. This appointment will likely be scheduled for [REDACTED].
