An employee assigned to the scaffolding group was placing clamps on a scaffold rack at the Boiler 5 slab As soon as the employee placed the clamps down on the rack the employee states he took a step back and tripped over a rack that was located behind him This resulted in him falling backwards and his back contacting the support brace of the scaffold rack
