As an employee was working in the laydown yard he began installing a ball valve on a 15 foot piece of pipe At the same time another employee stepped on the 90 at the opposite end of the pipe that the employee was working on causing the pipe to raise up pinching the employees finger between the ball valve and a pipe that was staged on jack stands above the pipe the employee was working on
