What happened
Employee was attempting to bolt up the bottom of the combustion chamber on the northeast corner A standoff was blocking the bolt hole As he attempted to remove the standoff which is used to hold the sheet metal which is covering the insulation it came loose and the back of his left hand came into contact with top of the c channel on the same standoff that was installed at the bottom The standoff slid into the top of his glove resulting in a laceration to the top of his left hand
