What happened

I was coming back from the cafeteria off the second floor to enter the stairwell. As I was coming up the stairs I lost my balance missed a couple of steps and fell. I landed on both of the palms of my hands and both knees. My left knee and right arm shoulder are aching. Right of way I sent a Teams message to my manager to let her know and she requested I put in an incident report. I was by myself during this event. I right of way went to [REDACTED] to let someone else know I had fallen.
