i was just working the floor helping residents in their ADL and showers

What happened

Last [REDACTED] i worked on the floor together with a cna floated only from med surg unit. I showered 2 patients and 1 chg bath the other resident refused to shower. The other cna told me she will just make the bed and she did for 2 residents. It was a busy day since [REDACTED] which i worked for few hours because there was 2 regular cna on the floor working and we are short staffed mostly on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] and our HUC will help the floor when she arrives. When i got home i just feel the soreness on my back and i slept with a heating pad knowing it would helped. On [REDACTED] i still worked on the floor but i felt my back was getting stiffed and it was a slightly painful when i squat bend and twist. When i was trying to get up in bed on [REDACTED] i cannot get up and i have to hold the headboard or something when i moved and getting up because the pain was high that my back was so stiffed so i decided to call the clinic and have it checked.
