What happened
I was driving upto the [REDACTED] Richard Nau Hospice house. I took the off ramp at [REDACTED] to find a place to park to figure out who was going to be worker of the day. As I was waiting to turn a car struck me from behind. I was at a stand still {not moving} when I got struck from behind. I called the Police and they came and did a report on the scene. I have neck mid to lower back pain and bi lateral hip pain. I went to [REDACTED] Vancouver Clinic urgent care. I was given a doctor 's note to be out of work until [REDACTED]. I 'm on muscle relaxers {Cyclobenzaprine} and lidocain patches Tylenol and Ibuprohen. I filed a claim with my insurance {Progressive and the other persons insurance AllState. [REDACTED]
