While stepping up onto the curb in front of patient apartment building ([REDACTED]) I tripped and fell landing on both hands and knees. I sustained a very small abrasion my R hand a substantial abrasion to my L knee and my L wrist thumb is painful I most likely hyperextended my thumb when I landed on my hand.
