Employee stated that while walking away from a delivery the sidewalk was uneven and he twisted his left ankle Employee states that near the area of the ball of the ankle is painful and possibly swollen Employee will go home and elevate their left ankle and ice the affected area Employee will advise the [REDACTED] if he feels he needs further treatment At this time employee declined to go to the hospital as local clinic is closed The [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] employee came into work and complained that his ankle was still hurting safety associate examined employees two ankles it was clearly noticeable that the employees left ankle was swollen Employee sent to Concentra for further medical evaluation awaiting further details Employee was cleared to return to commercial class A driving as long as the commercial truck has an automatic transmission WASR attached On [REDACTED] driver has been released from care and allowed to return to full work duty WASR report attached
