maintenance was trying to press the west wolfking auger back in so the meat would empty. Using 2 clamps and a board to press it in one of the clamps came apart and the hand screw portion of the clamp flew and hit EE in the face causing a laceration of the upper lip below the nose on the left side of his mouth.

EE was standing approximately 6 feet away from the west wolfking and got hit in the face with a clamp.
