Before the incident
At approximately [REDACTED] today the Large Platen Press Operator was removing TB Woods 04JNs off the mandrels of the mold in the [REDACTED] (located in the [REDACTED] Ton [REDACTED]) when he felt a pop in his right shoulder. After speaking with this employee he stated that he initially tried to remove the part using just his right arm and the tool but the part was difficult to remove and he started to jerk to remove the part. After feeling the pop the employee stated that he felt a jolt down his arm and reported the incident to his supervisor.
