exiting mobile equipment

[REDACTED] driver was exiting P-8 and slipped on the 2nd step as he came down. In the process he held all of his weight with his right hand arm on the handrail to keep from falling to the ground. As a result of the sudden weight shift he tore his right rotator cuff. No ice or snow was present and did not play a factor in the slip. I will take pictures [REDACTED] in the daylight as I further investigate.
