Employee holding the star lock assumed the person was done swinging and went to check the strength of the pole when he was struck with the hammer. Injuring the middle left finger. UPDATE [REDACTED] Employee went to Dr. for follow up on finger. Employee has a Distal Tuft Fracture to the left middle finger. Was prescribed [REDACTED] and given a splint.
