What happened
Employee stopped the long belt on the Stacker line due to boards jamming. When he walked over to relieve the jam lifting the board up slightly. When doing that the board came up and hit the employee in the face right below his lower lip giving him a small laceration in between his lower lip and above his chin area. The inside of his lower lip also had a flesh wound that looked like was caused by impact and his inner mouth skin tearing against his lower teeth possibly. We used Ice pack and alcohol wipes from the first aid kit. Going to examine video more closely [REDACTED] because we do have a portion on camera but need to bring in a usb to download footage to properly zoom in based on the system we have. Employee was not having any pain to teeth headaches nausea light headed feelings and was very alert. We gave him the option of going home to rest and continue to ice and monitor. Will update more [REDACTED] after examining video closer.
