Employee was taking off a garbage can lid in the Stacker break area outside when he felt his back go out on him. It was a normal plastic sized lid and does not weigh more than 3-5 lbs. Employee stated that he had a similar incident [REDACTED] ago where his back went out and was given rest and relaxers in the past. Employee let us know he was going to the Dr. UPDATE: Employee was prescribed 2 days of no work. He sent snap shots of paperwork until he can get that to us by [REDACTED].
