Tying off a A Frame

At end of shift 5 10team member completed tying off an A-Frame before moving they failed to place their gloves back on. While moving the A-Frame their hands were misplacement this resulted in a laceration to the back of their left middle finger. EFR treated and determined that further medical attention was necessary. The team member received 4 stiches and has returned to work for their next scheduled shift
