TM was trimming vinyl on a PVB unit on [REDACTED] in the Clean Room

On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] I was informed by a Team Leader that a team member had been injured. Upon approaching the team member who was in the restroom at the time I observed him holding his left hand to his chest with a rag applied to the wound. The rag was removed to reveal a cut on his hand. Emergency First Responders (EFR) were contacted and it was determined that the team member required medical attention. We transported him to Millennium Physician Group where he received six stitches for the injury.
