What happened
On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] came to me at around [REDACTED] and said when he was getting into a forklift after dropping a pallet off at the warehouse he felt his lower back pop followed by a sharp pain. He said it did not hurt much when standing or walking but that it would hurt when he would bend over. I told him to take it easy for the day and to watch it for worsening symptoms. A little after [REDACTED] he was in my office in obvious pain. He said it did not get worse until after he sat down for an extended period of time for break and when he got up it was much worse and continued to get worse.
